    The AI-Enabled Business
    (for any business)

Give your team the capacity of three specialists.

Most businesses are using AI to write an occasional email, summarize a document, or make a social post. Those are useful conveniences, but they barely touch what this technology can do. In this full-day seminar, we will look at AI as practical business capacity. Used well, it can act like a research analyst who never tires of comparing information, a marketing partner who can help sharpen every customer touchpoint and an operations assistant who can turn scattered knowledge into repeatable work.

What We Will Cover (And What We Won't)

    NOT another "Clever Prompts" class

    • No generic internet copy templates.

    • No overwhelming technical jargon.

    • No unrealistic "automated business" hype.

    What You’ll Actually Learn

    • Context Matching: How to make AI sound like your company, not a robot.

    • RAG (Plain & Simple): How to safely feed AI your approved policies and data.

    • Risk & Security: How to protect your intellectual property and avoid errors.

    • Your Map: How to map out your very first practical AI pilot project.

    Who Is This For?

    • Business Owners looking to scale capacity without expanding payroll immediately.

    • Growth Leaders looking to prove a measurable return on investment (ROI) with AI.

    • Marketing & Sales Teams buried under repetitive prep work.

    • Ops Leaders who need faster documentation and knowledge preservation.

Prerequisites: None. A curious mind and a real business challenge are far more valuable here than coding skills.

    Event Blueprint

    • Format: Full-Day Seminar (Interactive & Grounded) Includes Lunch!

    • What to Bring: One real, unfinished business challenge.

    • What you Leave With: A concrete, step-by-step Opportunity Map for your first pilot project.

These are not replacements for the people you already have. They are ways to remove the tedious work that consumes their day, give them more room to think and create, and make new services possible when the team previously lacked the time.

We will move beyond clever prompts and look at real AI language models and how they actually work. You will see how AI can help improve customer conversion rates, strengthen SEO, polish a brand, support sales conversations, find patterns in customer feedback, preserve company knowledge, and create useful first drafts of work that once sat on the wish list for months or even years.

The goal is not to leave impressed by AI. The goal is to leave with a clear view of where it belongs in your business, where it does not, and what you can put to work first.

What if your team had more time before you hired another person?

Every business has work it knows should be done: customer research, follow-up, competitive analysis, content improvement, process documentation, sales preparation, and a hundred small tasks that keep getting pushed behind today's urgent work.

AI can help close that gap, but only if you move beyond treating it as a faster way to write email.

The AI-Enabled Business is a practical, full-day seminar about turning modern AI into useful business capacity. We will explore how it can support three roles many organizations need more of:

    1. The analyst: researches markets, compares competitors, finds patterns, summarizes complex material, and helps your team ask better questions.
    2. The growth partner: improves positioning, brand consistency, SEO, conversion paths, campaign ideas, proposals, and customer communication.
    3. The operations partner: turns meetings and institutional knowledge into action lists, procedures, training material, reusable templates, and more consistent service.

You will learn how to give AI the context it needs to produce work that sounds like your company instead of generic internet copy. We will discuss retrieval-augmented generation, often called RAG, in plain business language: how to let an AI work from your approved documents, products, policies, and customer knowledge without expecting it to guess what makes your organization different.

We will also address the questions responsible businesses cannot ignore. What information is safe to share? When should AI run locally? Where does human review belong? How do you avoid confident mistakes, protect intellectual property, and keep a useful tool from quietly becoming a source of risk?

This is not a promise that AI will run your business for you. It is a clear, grounded look at how capable people can use it to remove friction, improve decisions, and finally pursue good ideas that have been waiting for time.

Bring a real business challenge. Leave with a practical opportunity map and a first project worth testing.

You do not need to be a programmer. Curiosity and a real business problem are more useful here than technical vocabulary.

    Led by Scott Detweiler

Scott Detweiler brings an unusual mix of business ownership, enterprise technology, product development, portrait photography, and hands-on creative work. He built and grew an IT firm serving organizations including Johnson Controls, Kennedy Space Center, AAA, and UPS, then spent nearly four years in Applied Research and Product at Stability AI during the rapid growth of generative AI.
His perspective is practical: understand the technology well enough to use it responsibly, then bring the conversation back to people, customers, process, creativity, and measurable business value.
